Civic Education Center

Youth Civic Engagement Program in Sacramento, CA was 2 days of insight, reflection and fun. We kicked off day 1 with “Stepping Stones” this leadership activity builds teamwork and trust plus it’s a great way for students to get to know each other through communication and problem solving.  Then former Chief Justice of California Tani Cantil Sakauye inspired students to use their voices through fact-based research and advocacy through her non-profit, the Public Policy Institute of California.
