Join us for the next level of Civic Education!

 

This institute program is for teachers, after school program leads, administrators and any other school faculty who is interested in leading a civic engagement project within their school.

This years welcome is by Lorenzo Rios, Chief Executive Officer of the Clovis Veteran Memorial District

​

Workshops will include:  

• Enhancing class and school climate and culture

• Planning Civic Service Projects

• Implementing the State Seal of Civic Engagement

 

You will have a chance to join a network of Central Valley teachers who will work on planing Civic Education within the core curriculum and more.

​

Cost is FREE.  This Institute includes the Scout Island Leadership Adventure in February (for participating school faculty and their students).
